The hotel overlooks Vanderbilt Stadium, offering a cozy and modern vibe in the rooms. While comfortable, the lack of drawers is a slight inconvenience. The service is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, particularly from long-time staff members Mariam & Heba. The location, though not within walking distance of downtown, is conveniently close to Vanderbilt University. The dining experience, although not exceptional, offers decent and tasty options. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and satisfactory overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room had a rather unpleasant appearance with what seemed like throw-up splatter near the toilet, but on the bright side, it offered a nice view overlooking the Vandy Stadium. The service was a hit-and-miss with friendly and helpful staff alongside some unfriendly encounters. The location, while convenient for those with a busy schedule, was a bit far from downtown. The dining options had some good choices but were on the expensive side, and the facilities were adequate.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with modern rooms that were comfortable, despite a lack of storage space. The service was exceptional, especially with the help of individuals like Mr Lorenzo and Mariam Heba. The location was excellent, offering great access to the city, and the dining experience, while good, could use a bit more variety. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed during our stay.
